Dianne Buswell has shared a glimpse at her sweet reunion with her boyfriend Joe Sugg after spending weeks apart. The couple were last seen together back in February.

The Strictly Come Dancing winner and her YouTube beau were seen enjoying time in Cape Town. The couple, who met when competing in the BBC One dance contest in 2018 before love blossomed, attended a friends wedding.

Dianne and Joe were able to make the most of their stay in South Africa, including experiencing a 'magical' safari. But they then went their separate ways of their travels with Dianne first heading to Brisbane where she was seemingly working on something exciting, while Joe headed back home to the UK.

Dianne went on to reunite with her family and has since spent the past few weeks back home in Australia. She recently revealed how her flight back to the UK had been changed a number of times due to a number of family emergencies.

During her time away, Dianne shared the heartbreaking loss of her beloved Nan before her dad fell ill, and ended up in the hospital having emergency heart surgery.

But on Sunday (March 23), the 36-year-old shared how she was finally jetting back to the UK to be reunited with Joe, but reflected positively on her time in Australia despite the difficulties she and her family faced in such a short space of time.

Once back home in Brighton with Joe, she shared a picture of him walking around as she lay on the sofa and added a sweet GIF which read: "Home Sweet Home".

It was then on Tuesday morning (March 25) that she shared a selfie of the pair as they headed about their days, with Dianne getting stuck into work on her upcoming tour with Strictly co-star Vito Coppola.

Dianne's update with Joe came after she shared an adorable video of her reunion with her grandfather, who is nearly 99-years-old. It is the first time she had been able to see him since winning Strictly last year with comedian Chris McCausland and her success was quickly brought up.

He was delighted to see his granddaughter as Dianne pulled her 'Pops' in for a hug who called her a "good winner". He then spoke about how he'd watched her lift the Glitterball and said she and Chris had one the BBC One dance contest fairly, and joked he "didn't care how blind" Chris was as he'd done what Dianne had "told him" to do.

Alongside the sweet clip, Dianne wrote on Instagram: "Visiting my soon to be 99 year old pop for the first time since winning strictly," before adding a face holding back tears emoji and a red heart icon.

The comments soon came flooding in. Strictly co-star Carlos Gu said: "This is soo beautiful! Pop is so cute." @jadelouiseyoung wrote: "Whenever I see videos and pictures of Dianne's family, I can see why she is so successful. Surrounded by so much pure love and support."

@hayleykpt_ commented: "The shock & joy on his face when he saw ya. Grandparents are so special and what a legend for 99." @eddo_official replied: "This is so special. We have to hold onto memories like this." @izzysbuswell posted: "How special. He looks incredible for his age!!"
