The 33-year-old royal will chat to residents in St Michael's on Wyre, Fylde, Lancashire, north west England, more than 18 months after he first paid a visit to the area after it was damaged by a natural disaster in 2015.

A tweet on the Kensington Palace Twitter account read: "His Royal Highness will also visit residents in St Michael's on Wyre, who were affected by flooding in the winter of 2015/2016.

"Prince Harry previously visited the area in 2016 to speak to residents affected by the floods. #RoyalVisitLancashire (sic)"

Harry will reopen a village hall at a reception which will be attended by locals who had a big part to play in helping with the flood relief effort after a 2015 tragedy which damaged 1,700 businesses and homes.

The flame-haired royal will visit the offices of Veterans UK - which administers the armed forces pension schemes and compensation payments for personnel injured or bereaved through service - to mark 25 years since its helpline service began.

Another Kensington Palace tweet read: "Prince Harry will be in Lancashire today, visiting projects working with veterans, in conservation & using sport to drive positive change. (sic)"

Harry - who is dating 'Suits' actress Meghan Markle - served in the army for 10 years and underwent two tours of Afghanistan.
